Policies

Admittance to the property is during normal business hours. Anyone found accessing or on the property after normal business hours will be considered trespassing. Once your pet & family member has been check in for services, you can not remove your pet from the NTHR property without assistance from NTHR staff or approval and signed release. If you remove your pet without written release you will be considered trespassing and charges will be filed.

Admittance Requirements

- Current vaccination records are required for all dogs; to include Rabies, DHPP and Bordatella (to prevent Kennel Cough). You can fax records to (972) 382-4354 or bring a copy with you.
- All dogs are required to be on a flea & tick prevention program such as, Sentinel, Frontline, Advantage, or Revolution. If your dog is not on flea & tick prevention, we will apply Frontline at check-in for an additional fee of $12.
- All dogs must wear a nylon or leather collar with a nametag and a current rabies tag already attached.
- We are happy to give medication to your dog at no extra charge. All medication must come clearly marked in original container with the following information.

- Dog's Name
- Name of Medication and strength
- Dosage per day and when the next dose is due.

Special Notes

- Boarding & Obedience Training rates are all inclusive of playtime, food, treats, medications administration, and any other special needs. Unlimited TLC is free of charge!
- Mealtime is once per day in the evenings. Dogs that are fed twice or more a day will have limited morning play time to prevent bloat.
- Beds are welcome, but not necessary (we have blankets),
- Toys are discouraged because dogs don't play with them like they do at home.
- Bringing your pup's own food is optional.
- Baths on scheduled “go home” free of charge with (2) two nights stay.

VET CARE

We will provide your dog with excellent care and supervision. Occasionally, however, there may be an injury or illness over which we have no control. We will assume the right to obtain veterinary services as deemed necessary for your dog. We will advise you beforehand, if possible, as to a medical problem. If there is an emergency situation, we will act accordingly. Any veterinary expense incurred will be paid by you.
